At a celebration of life ceremony, University Chancellor McRobbie paid tribute to the late Dorothy (Dottie) Frapwell, who served Indiana University for 37 years in a variety of positions, including chief legal officer and vice president and university counsel. Frapwell was a close advisor and trusted confidant to four IU presidents until her retirement in 2012.

University Chancellor McRobbie delivered remarks at an IU Health event where it was formally announced that McRobbie and IU First Lady Emerita Laurie Burns McRobbie have made a gift of $500,000 to IU Health to support behavioral health services at the IU Regional Academic Health Center (RAHC). IU Health will match the gift, bringing its impact to $1 million. The behavioral health facilities at the RAHC, located in both the Emergency Department and on the 6th floor of IU Health Bloomington Hospital, will be named "The Michael A. and Laurie Burns McRobbie Behavioral Health Center."
