The lights were twinkling and the hot chocolate was flowing at festive parties held for Indiana University faculty and staff in Bloomington and Indianapolis.
IU President Michael A. McRobbie hosts the annual events and is joined by Provost Lauren Robel in Bloomington and IUPUI Chancellor Nasser Paydar in Indianapolis.

With the New Year and another spring semester on the horizon, the annual gatherings were a time to relax with colleagues and savor some sweet treats.
At each party, faculty and staff had the opportunity to take a few moments of their busy days to enjoy a festive atmosphere and celebrate the holidays. It was also a chance for the university's leadership to show their appreciation for all the important work faculty and staff accomplished in 2018.
